SOPHOMORE (2012): Veteran who knows ins and outs of defense and will provide guidance to newcomers… All-around durable, consistent defender who plays with every ounce of effort… Made three tackles and had a fumble recovery in annual Blue-White spring game… Racked up 44 total tackles (27u, 17a) for third-highest returning season total… Played in all 14 contests with starts in all but three games when Eagles presented different defensive formation… Won second letter… Trails only Lavelle Westbrooks in career total tackles among returners with 130 (86u, 44a)… First career fumble recovery came at end of Central Arkansas game to help secure the playoff win… Recorded season-best seven total tackles all in first half vs. Samford (3u, 4a)… Added two pass breakups against Bulldogs… Made six total tackles (3u, 3a) the previous week vs. Elon and had two pass breakups in that game as well… Credited with five solo tackles at Chattnooga including first solo tackle for loss (-2 yards) and quarterback hurry… Pressure on Moc quarterback resulted in an incomplete pass as UTC settled for FG in second quarter… Displayed excellent containment of Moc offense with two solo tackles in third overtime period…Forced fumble after catch by Georgia wide receiver to give Eagles ball back near midfield at end of first quarter… Also made three total tackles at Georgia (1u, 2a)… Recorded three solo tackles in Old Dominion playoff win… Had five total tackles (4u, 1a) at North Dakota State… Put Mountaineers in 2nd and 24 situation after sharing sack (-7 yards) with Brent Russell… Opened the season with three total tackles (2u, 1a) versus Jacksonville… Had three total tackles the next week at The Citadel (1u, 2a), splitting a tackle for loss with John Stevenson, all statistics coming in first half… Posted a 3.0 grade points average in spring 2013, one of 31 members of the Eagle Football team with GPAs of 3.0 or above.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2011): Southern Conference All-Freshman team selection by the league's coaches... SoCon Freshman of the Week for September 5th and October 3rd... Played in all 14 games with 12 starts... Led the team with 86 tackles and 59 solo stops... Also brokeup seven passes and intercepted another... Opened the season with a game-high 10 tackles at Samford (9/3)... Also totaled double-digit tackles against The Citadel (11/5) and Alabama (11/19)... Blocked Ryan Sellers extra point attempt in the second quarter against the Bulldogs... Finished the season with nine stops at North Dakota State (12/17).

FRESHMAN (2010): Redshirted... Recorded five total tackles (3U, 2A) as a member of White defense in Spring game.

PREP: First-team All-State pick at defensive back as a senior and Defensive Player of the Year of Middle Georgia... also earned All-Middle Georgia honors at defensive back... Georgia Sports Writers Association first-team member at defensive back... threw for 543 yards passing and gained 283 yards rushing... scored four rushing touchdowns and had one as a receiver for the Cobras... recorded 84 tackles with 10 interceptions as a senior... forced two fumbles... played for Coach Dexter Copeland.
