HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year starter on the Wetumpka offensive line … First-team all-state pick as a senior at center … Played both guard and tackle as a junior after starting at guard as sophomore … Two-time “Outstanding Offensive Lineman” as voted on by the coaches for his junior and senior years … Second on the offensive line in pancake blocks with 20 his senior year … Selected to represent Alabama in 27th Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game … Earned 12 letters at Wetumpka, four in football, five in track and three in wrestling.

Williams on February 26, 1996 … Son of Chris and Jackie Williams … Both parents were student-athletes as mother, Jackie, played volleyball and threw the shot put at Wiley College and father, Chris, played football at Alabama State … Brother, Chris, played football at Arkansas-Monticello.
