Event Policies
- The purpose of this policy is to establish a consistent, transparent, and enforceable framework for the rental of Georgia Southern University Athletics Department facilities by external organizations, university-affiliated groups, and Athletics-related entities. This policy applies to all non–Georgia Southern Athletics uses of Athletics facilities, regardless of event size, including but not limited to competitions, practices, meetings, camps, photo shoots, and special events.
- Georgia Southern Athletics retains priority use of all facilities for team practices, competitions, maintenance, and university-designated events. Approval of any rental is subject to facility availability and departmental discretion.
- All Athletics facilities are subject to availability. Georgia Southern Athletics reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, or cancel any rental request based on scheduling conflicts, operational concerns, facility conditions, or institutional priorities. Approval of one rental does not guarantee approval of future rentals.
- All Rentals must fill out the Google Form and will be reviewed on a weekly basis.
