Helped team to a 16-15 record during his three seasons on the offensive line... Named All-Region twice including his junior and senior seasons... Also played three seasons in baseball and earned All-Region honors as both a first baseman and a pitcher... Four time scholar-athlete... Earned U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award for exemplary leadership as a high school athlete... Named AAAA Pre-Season Academic All-State by the Georgia High School Association Football Magazine.
