SENIOR (2017): Played in 27 games, missing most of March due to injury… Started 14 games with 13 coming at third base… Hit .173/.328/.231 in 52 at bats… Hit his second career home run in the second inning of the Eagles' 9-1 Sunday win over Louisiana… Worked 12 walks with nine total his on the season… Was at the plate for a walk-off wild pitch against No. 24 Mercer (4/26)… Earned Georgia Southern Athletic Director award for outstanding work in the classroom.

JUNIOR (2016): Played in 53 games… Started 50 games, 47 at second base and three at short… Hit .229/.259/.358 in 200 plate appearances… Recorded 38 hits in 166 AB, scoring 33 runs and 21 RBI… Reached base in 11 straight games… 10 sacrifice bunts tied third on the team and tied eighth in the conference… Hit three doubles and a triple… Stole 10 bases in 14 attempts… Season-high four RBI vs. Savannah State (4/6)… Named to Sun Belt Honor Roll.

SOPHOMORE (2015): Played 27 games with 18 starts as a sophomore... Hit .255/.406/.314 four multi-hit games... Started seven games at second base, five at shortstop and six at third base... Hit first first collegiate home run at Troy (3/14)... Drove in seven runs on the year including three at Troy (3/14)... Named to the Sun Belt Conference’s Honor Roll.

FRESHMAN (2014): Played in 10 games after injuries in the middle of the infield late in the year forced the Eagles to burn his redshirt... Hit .107/.242/.107 in eight starts (7 SS, 1 2B)... Tallied three hits in 28 at-bats and scored five runs with two RBI... Named to the Sun Belt Conference’s Honor Roll.

PREP: Played for head coach Brett Griffin at Effingham County High School... Lettered four times for the Rebels... A three time All-Region selection at shortstop... Participated in the Senior All-Star game... Also lettered four times in football and was twice named All-Region... Selected to the Academic Honor Roll four times.

PERSONAL: Born Calvin David Baker III on April 24, 1995 in Savannah, Ga... Son of David and Dawn Baker... Has a brother Dusty...  Mother Dawn attended Georgia Southern University... Father David was a catcher at South Georgia College.
