STATESBORO, GA- Georgia Southern women's tennis hits the courts at the Wallis Tennis Center to take on UNC Wilmington at 2:30pm. The Eagles enter the match with an overall record of 4-5. The UNCW Seahawks hold a 5-3 record at this point in the season.
Last time out, the Eagles suffered a 3-4 loss against SoCon opponent, UNCG. Mary Phillips Smith, Paola Garrido, and Giulia Riepe all logged wins for GSU, but the Eagles' were unable to secure the doubles point.
The UNCW Seahawks fell to the University of North Florida 3-4 last week. They won 3 singles matches but just barely missed the doubles point.
