ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Georgia Southern's final trip to the SoCon Tournament begins on Friday with a first round game against the Furman Paladins starting at 1:30 p.m. Fans can watch the game live on ESPN3 and listen to the audio call of the game live on the Georgia Southern Radio Network from Learfield Sports.

Jelani Hewitt and Tre Bussey were named All-SoCon earlier this week. Hewitt picked up the honors from both the coaches and media and led the league in scoring with 20.0 ppg. Bussey earned All-SoCon honors from the league's media with 16.3 ppg.

SERIES HISTORY
Georgia Southern leads the all-time series with Furman by a 26-24 margin and has won three-straight contests in the series. The Eagles defeated the paladins 82-73 last Thursday and play for the first time in the SoCon Tournament since 2002.
