WE Lead
MISSION STATEMENT
The Women Eagles LEADers program is in its third year at Georgia Southern. The program features three cohorts that focus on ways to prepare female student-athletes for the professional world. In the 2024-25 academic year, a WE LEAD Flex program was added with the intent of capturing upperclassmen who may have not had the chance to apply or who have transferred in and provides the same opportunities to them, but with hopes of giving them some autonomy in the focus areas they prefer.
