STATESBORO, GA. – Georgia Southern Men's Basketball is back on the road on Saturday afternoon with a trip to face the UNCG Spartans. The game is the Eagles' second trip to the Piedmont Triad where the Eagles are already 1-0 on the season with a win over North Carolina A&T in December.
The Eagles took a 83-52 win over The Citadel on Thursday to break a three-game skid. Georgia Southern is 10-12 on the season with a 3-4 SoCon record and in search of the progam's first road win in league play this season. Saturday's game is the 23rd meeting all-time between the Eagles and Spartans with GS looking to extend their winning streak to three-straight over UNCG.
