Before Georgia Southern: Redshirted her first season at South Carolina and played in 26 matches, starting 16 as the opposite in her rookie campaign in 2012 • Twice recorded 11 kills in a match, including in a five-set win against East Tennessee State on the opening weekend (8/25) • Also had four block assists in the win, helping her make the Gamecock Invitational All-Tournament Team • Named to the Southeastern Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll in both seasons at South Carolina • Also two-time member of the Dean’s List.
 
Prep: Earned three letters from coach Cindy Elder at Rock Hill High School • Named honorable mention to the Under Armour Girls High School All-America squad • Two-time South Carolina Coaches Association of Women’s Sports 4A all-state honoree • Led the Bearcats to a state runner-up finish in 4A as a senior; posted over 450 kills to go with 231 digs, 59 blocks and 75 aces • Earned High School Sports Report's Player of the Year award in 2010 • Named to the All-Piedmont team by the Charlotte Observer and to the all-area team by the Rock Hill Herald as a junior and senior • Played in the 2010 3A/4A All-Star Game • A three-time all-region team member • Also lettered in track three times and basketball once • Finished in the top five in the high jump twice at the state meet, including a third-place showing as a sophomore • A four-year honor-roll member, she competed in the fifth-annual Congressional Art Competition and was a winner at the state level in a National History Day event in 2008.
