Hit .283/.361/.321 in his first season with the Eagles... Drove in 27 runs and walked 20 times... Went 8-for-19 (.421)  with six RBIs during the SoCon Tournament... Posted a season-high four hits, three RBIs and two runs scored in the opening round game of the Southern Conference Tournament against Elon (5/23)... Scored a season-high three runs against UNCG (3/17)... Walked twice at Wake Forest (3/13) and vs UNCG (3/17)...  Posted a season-high 6 putouts at North Florida (3/1).

PREP: Lettered four times for Appling County High School in Baxley, Ga... Played for head coach J.T. Pollach... Served as team captain twice... Helped team to 20 or more wins in three seasons... Team reached playoffs all four seasons... Team won Region 2-AA champions sophomore and junior years... Also started four years in football and played all quarterback, wide receiver and free safety.... Honor graduate.
