STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern Eagles (12-14, 1-2 SBC) hit the road for a midweek matchup against the No. 21 South Carolina Gamecocks (19-10, 0-3 SEC), as the Eagles look to challenge a nationally ranked opponent ahead of Sun Belt Conference play this weekend.
Facing one of the top teams in the country, Georgia Southern will aim to build momentum and sharpen execution against a Gamecock squad known for its balance both at the plate and in the circle.
