STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern cross country team is set to compete in the Sun Belt Conference Championships Saturday at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley, Alabama. Race time is scheduled for 10:02 a.m. (CT).

For the second straight season the race has been held at this venue and a neutral site.

The Eagles previously won the Georgia Southern Fall Classic as five Eagles finished in the top-5 including Catherine Hall who clocked in first followed by Ella Zierdt, Katie Ranck, and Reese Connelly.

Following Saturday's race, GS is scheduled to compete in the NCAA Regionals Friday, Nov. 10.
