Senior (2023-24) – XC: Competed in two events • Won the Georgia Southern Fall Classic with a season-best time of 19:13.21. Indoor: Ran the third fastest time in program history in the 5000m clocking in at 18:24.93. Outdoor: Competed in three events • Set the seventh-fastest time in the 5000m in school history with an 18:41.42 mark at the UCF Black & Gold Invite

Junior (2022-23): Did not compete in any meets.

Sophomore (2021-22) – Indoor: Finished 16th in the mile at the Sun Belt Championships with a personal-best time of 5:27.78. Outdoor: Ran in seven meets • Won the 5000 at the GS Spring Classic with a personal-best time of 19:31.44 • Took second in the 1500 at the Gamecock Invite with a personal-best time of 4:57.81.

Freshman (2020-21) – Indoor: Competed at the Samford Invite and ran a personal best in the mile (5:39.38) • Also ran on the 4x400 relay team that finished eighth (4:13.35). Outdoor: Competed in three meets • Took eighth at the GATA Classic in the 1500 with a personal best time of 5:15.60 • Ran a personal best in the 5000 at the Georgia Tech Invite (20:12.49).

Prep: Cross Country: 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018 Savannah Morning News Best of the Preps First Team. 2015, 2016, 2017, & 2018 GHSA Region 2-AAAAAA First Team All-Region • Basketball: 2018 GHSA Region 2-AAAAAA Second Team All-Region, 2019 GHSA Region 2-AAAAAA First Team All-Region • Team MVP in 2019 • Soccer: 51 Goals and 51 Assists as a midfielder • In 2017, 2018, & 2019 GHSA Region 2-AAAAAA First Team All-Region • 2018 & 2019 Savannah Morning News Best of the Preps First Team • Track: State qualifier 2018 & 2019. Awarded 2019 Savannah Morning News Best of the Preps Most Dedicated Female Athlete award for the Coastal Empire • Highest GPA awards in Math, History, English, and Spanish and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

Personal: Born Catherine Elizabeth Hall September 11, 2000, in Guyton, Georgia • The daughter of Lamar and Sheri Hall • Sister to four younger brothers - William, Christopher, Steven and Edward.

Major: Plans to major in manufacturing engineering.
