STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern cross country team competes in the Sun Belt Championship Friday at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley, Alabama. Race time is slated for 5:02 p.m. ET.Â
It's the first time the race has been held at this venue and the first time the Sun Belt Championship has been held at a neutral site. The race was moved from Saturday to Friday because of the possibility of inclement weather in the area.Â
Following Friday's race, GS is scheduled to compete in the NCAA Regionals Friday, Nov. 11.
