Freshman (2022-23) – XC: Ran in four meets • Top 5K time was 18:47.6 at Upstate Invite • Top 6K time was 22:58.0 at NCAA Regionals • Best finish was third at Julius Johnson Invitational • Indoor: Competed in three meets • Best time in the mile was 5:18.13 and best time in the 3000 was 10:26.95 • Outdoor: Competed in two meets • Top time in the 3000 was 10:58.53 and top time in the 5000 was 18:49.64.
Prep: Lettered for Coach Jennifer Rodriguez at West High School • Won Pioneer League title in 1600 and 3200 as a senior • Qualified for the CIF Finals in cross country in 2021 and the CIF Track Prelims in 2021 and 2022 • High school team won Pioneer League titles in cross country in 2018 and 2020 and in track in 2019 and 2020. Personal Bests: 1600 – 5:07 | 3200 – 11:26 | 800 – 2:24
