Quickly: After a tough battle in Maryland, the Eagles are coming home to Georgia. The first home match of the season will be against the Citadel in Savannah. The Eagles and the Bulldogs have faced each other 13 times with the last meeting being in 2013 due to Georgia Southern Athletics moving to the Sun Belt Conference. In 2013, the Eagles won 3-2 at The Citadel. Georgia Southern leads the series 9-4. The Bulldogs opened their season against Bob Jones with a 5-0 win.
