Wet Forecast Forces Change to South Alabama Series

Series starts with a Friday twi-night doubleheader
MOBILE - Heavy rains are expected throughout the day in Mobile on Saturday, forcing Georgia Southern and South Alabama to play a Friday doubleheader to get an early start on the series. First pitch is set for 4:30 p.m. (ET) with game two set to start soon after game one and no earlier than 7:30 p.m. (ET). Sunday's series finale remains unchanged at 2 p.m. (ET).
The change has also initiated a change in the pitching rotation for the Eagles with Brian Eichhorn scheduled to go in game one, the starter for Game Two has been switched to TBA. Seth Shuman, who started on Sunday against Little Rock last week, will go in game three on Sunday afternoon this week.
