Eagles Wrap Up Competition at Prestigious Winter Airgun

Weekley, Kramer post big scores

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Georgia Southern rifle squad wrapped up competition at the Winter Airgun, a multi-day event hosted by USA Shooting at the US Olympic Training Center. Courtney Weekley and Rosemary Kramer both posted impressive scores to lead the Eagles in the prestigious event.

Georgia Southern was able to make the trip thanks to the generous donations of fans and donors who helped fund the trip.

"Winter Airgun was a triumph for the team and the program," said head coach Sandra Worman. "We've moved onto the national stage and are poised to keep increasing our viability for the international level. All the work, planning and help we received from our great donors was worth it."
