NCAA SCORECARD
USAFA, Colo. - The second-ranked Georgia Southern rifle team shot a 4,710 Saturday at the Falcon Rifle Range to down #3 Alaska, #15 Air Force and Schreiner. Seventh-ranked TCU shot the top score in the country thus far to hand the Eagles their first loss of the season.
In smallbore, the
Emme Walrath shot a 586 to place sixth and lead the way.
Emma Pohlmann placed ninth with a 583.
In air rifle, Butler shot the eighth 599 in program history to earn the gold.
Matilda Eylander shot a career-high 597 to take sixth place and Walrath shot a 595 to place 10th.
Walrath led the squad with a 1,181 to place sixth in the aggregate, while Butler (1,180) took ninth and Pohlmann (1,176) took 10th.
