Women's Tennis Enters SoCon Play With Elon and UNCG

ELON, N.C.- Georgia Southern women's tennis enters into SoCon play this weekend with Elon on Saturday, March 1st at 12pm, and UNCG on Sunday, March 2nd at 12pm. The Eagles hold a 4-3 overall record at this point in the season.
Last time out, the Eagles suffered a heartbreaking loss to Kennesaw State, 3-4. Jordana Klein, Giulia Riepe, and Mary Phillips Smith all earned wins for the Eagles, though the doubles point was awarded to the Owls.
The Elon Phoenix swept UNC Charlotte 0-7 last time they hit the courts. UNCG defeated Gardner-Webb in their last competition, 4-3.
