Redshirt Junior (2024-25) - XC: Competed in all four meets • Set a personal best 5k with a time of 19:29.4 to finish 18th at the Sand Shark Invitational • Best finish was ninth at the 6th GMC Brickyard Invitational Indoor: Competed in one meet. Outdoor: Competed in two meets • Set a personal best in the 5K at the Southern Relays.
Redshirt Sophomore (2023-24) – XC: Competed in four events • Placed third at the Georgia Southern Fall Classic • Ran a season-best at the Asics Invite with a time of 19:41.02 to finish 17th. Outdoor: Competed in one event.
Sophomore (2022-23): Did not compete this season.
Freshman (2021-22) – XC: Ran in four events • Placed fourth at the Brickyard Invite with a personal-best 5K time of 20:03.4 • Best 6K time was 24:40.2 at the FSU Open. Indoor: Competed in three events • Best mile time was 5:29.40 at the Sun Belt Championships.
Prep: Competed one season for coach Stephen Boyer at St. John Paul II Catholic High School • Set school records in the Cross Country 5k, Indoor 1600, Indoor 800, Indoor 3200, Outdoor 1600 and Outdoor 800 • Also played four years of soccer for coach Steve Zibas • Named first-team all-state in soccer in consecutive seasons and earned second-team all-state honors as a freshman.
