SOPHOMORE (2016): Saw action in 31 games, including 18 starts, mostly as the designated player…Had four multi-hit games and scored multiple runs in two contests…Ended the year with 16 hits, eight runs scored and five RBI…Had two extra base knocks…Reached base safely in 14 games…Recorded the game-winning RBI against Villanova on Feb. 20.
 
FRESHMAN (2015): Played in 22 games, starting 14 as a true freshman…Hit .200 in 45 at bats…Had two doubles and an RBI…Drove in six runs and scored five runs…Drew seven walks and stole a base.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons as Benet Academy in Lisle, Ill. under coach Jerry Schiff…Named All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference in 2014…Hit .443 while slugging .713 as a senior with seven home runs…Played travel ball for Beverly Bandits under coaches Jen Tyrell and Kevin Stevens…Won a national championship in 2012.

PERSONAL: Born Rowan Gerrard McGuire on July 12, 1996 in Downers Grove, IL…Daughter of Tessa and John McGuire…Has two older sisters, Nora and Maeve, and younger brother, Jack … Sister Maeve plays softball at Georgia, sister Nora plays softball at University of Buffalo.
