Quotable from Head Coach David Neville
"All around today we had a pretty good showing in Birmingham. We were able to use this meet as a way to tune up and prepare for a conference meet, which is just over a week away, and with this tuneup we were able to see 10 new personal bests! I'm excited for how we continue to move forward and how those who are being intentional consistently are starting to reap the benefits. We look forward to preparing to come back to Birmingham in a week for a conference."
