STATESBORO - Today marks the final day that seven seniors will take the field at J.I. Clements Stadium. These seven seniors helped elevate the standard and set the foundation for the future of Eagles baseball, bringing accomplishments such as an NCAA Regional to Statesboro. 

Today, we honor Troy Britts, Kyler Hultgren, Jesse Sherrill, Jay Thompson, JP Tighe, Blake Evans, and Noah Ledford for everything they have contributed to Georgia Southern baseball.

Each senior was asked to submit a quote about their time at Georgia Southern and what it meant to them. Below are the seven quotes from these seven players. You can watch these seniors and the rest of the Georgia Southern baseball team take on James Madison today, May 20, at J.I. Clements Stadium at 2 p.m. The Senior Day ceremony will take place approximately 20 minutes before the 2 p.m. first pitch.

I can't thank Eagle Nation enough for all that you all have done for me and my family. Thank you for all the memories and moments with this program and Georgia Southern."
