Baseball To Play Doubleheader on Saturday

STATESBORO - Due to expected inclement weather in Statesboro on Sunday, Georgia Southern and Appalachian State will play a doubleheader on Saturday, April 15, at J.I. Clements Stadium. The first game of the DH is set for 2 p.m., wth game two taking place approximately 45 minutes after game one ends.

Fans with tickets for the 2 p.m. game will be able to use their ticket to get into both games. Any fans with a ticket for the game that was originally slated for Sunday can call the ticket office at 1-800-GSU-WINS (1-800-478-9467) to exchange their ticket for a ticket to any remaining home game this season. Tickets can also be exchanged at the gate at J.I. Clements Stadium.

The first game of the DH will still be broadcasted on ESPN+. Game two will be on GSEagles.com.
