Softball Tournament At Michigan Canceled

Eagles will return to action on Tuesday at Georgia Tech
STATESBORO - Georgia Southern's scheduled tournament action this weekend at the University of Michigan has been canceled. The Eagles were scheduled to face both Michigan and Kent State for four games in Ann Arbor, Mich., but expected inclement weather has forced the Wolverines to cancel the tournament.
Georgia Southern will now return to action on Tuesday, March 14, traveling to Atlanta to face Georgia Tech in a 5 p.m. non-conference contest. The Eagles' next home action will be on Friday, March 17, opening up Sun Belt Conference play against UL Monroe with a 4 p.m. contest at Eagle Field.
