Women's Tennis Kicks off 2021 Season in Charleston

STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern Women's Tennis will open up the 2021 season this weekend in Charleston, South Carolina with matches against Charleston Southern and College of Charleston.
The Eagles finished the 2020 season with a 9-4 record, following the COVID-19 shutdown. In 2019, GS Women's Tennis made history, advancing to the Sun Belt Championship match in Peachtree City, Ga. against South Alabama for the first time in program history.
Head coach Sean McCaffrey and company will look to continue the success that has built over the past few seasons in Statesboro. Saturday's match is scheduled for 1 p.m. from Charleston, South Carolina, while Sunday the match will begin at 10 a.m.
