Eagles Head to Lynchburg for Liberty Elite Invitational

STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern Track and Field will compete for the first time in the new year this weekend, as they head to Liberty University to compete in the Liberty Elite Invitational.
The two day meet will take place in Lynchburg, Virginia at the Liberty Indoor Track Complex. The event is closed to the public and only live results will be available from the facility. The Eagles will compete against 11 different schools from across the southeast.
Appalachian State, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Delaware State, East Carolina, High Point, James Madison, Liberty, Norfolk State and Towson, round out the field for the 2021 Liberty Elite Invitational.
