Georgia Southern student-athletes honored for work in the classroom

What is the best way for you to balance your academic and athletic lifestyle?
The best way for me to balance both lifestyles is to have a consistent routine every day. I complete assignments ahead of time so that I can put my focus on baseball.
Why did you choose Georgia Southern University to further your education?
Georgia Southern is where I always wanted to go to school and it was close to my hometown. I grew up coming to a lot of sporting events and it felt like home from the very beginning.
What are your career aspirations?
I plan on working in athletics, whether that is coaching or becoming an athletic director.
When it comes to striving to do your best in the classroom, who is the biggest motivator in your life?
I always strive to be my best whether that is on the playing field or in the classroom. My biggest reason for doing my best is my family. I want to make them proud for all the sacrifices they have made.

Take a nap
Favorite pre game/competition meal?
