Georgia Southern plays a mid-week match at North Florida Tuesday at 6 p.m. in UNF Arena.

GS is coming off a 2-1 weekend in the Georgia Southern Invitational, the Eagles' home tournament. Mya Wilson, Madison Brown and Maddie Bryant were named to the all-tournament team. Bryant averaged 3.90 kills and 3.20 digs a set, and Brown averaged 11.30 assists a set. Wilson hit .388 on the weekend, averaging 3.20 kills a frame.

Wilson ranks fifth in the Sun Belt in hitting percentage (.329), and Bryant ranks seventh in kills (3.50 per set). Brown ranks fourth in assists (10.65 per set). The Eagles rank fifth in hitting percentage as a team (.224) after finishing 11th in the conference in 2018 and eighth in each of the previous two seasons.

The Eagles lead the all-time series against North Florida 5-4 but have dropped the last two against the Ospreys, including a 3-1 home decision in Alumni Arena on the Armstrong campus last season.

Following Tuesday's match, GS plays in its final in-season tournament of the campaign when the Eagles travel to the Tennessee Classic Sept. 20-21, where they face North Dakota State, Tennessee and ETSU.
