Quickly: Georgia Southern competes in the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday through Sunday at Arkansas State ... The Eagles have had several new program marks set during the outdoor season, most notably Sun Belt Track Athlete of the Week Merabu Nagwandala's 1500 Meter and 5000 Meter records and the Sprint Medley Relay team of Beyunka Foster, Meagan Lynch, Breanna Thornton and Ellunde Montgomery ... The Eagles finished tied for 11th in last year's Outdoor Championships, but placed 10th in the Indoor Championships back in February and are poised to make a similar improvement this season in Arkansas.
