Friday's Baseball Game at Coastal Called Off Due to Impending Weather

Eagles and Chanticleers will play games two and three in a Saturday doubleheader
CONWAY, S.C.- Game two of Georgia Southern's baseball series at Coastal Carolina has been postponed due to impending weather. The teams will now play a Saturday doubleheader starting at Noon. Both games will be played live on ESPN+ and the Georgia Southern Sports Network with a short break between contests.
Georgia Southern took the opening game on Thursday night, 9-2, to return to the top of the Sun Belt East Division by a half game over Coastal Carolina. Nolan Tressler put the Eagles ahead with a two run home run in the second inning. Seth Shuman was outstanding, throwing seven innings for his fifth win of the year.
