NEW ORLEANS – Members of the Georgia Southern men's basketball team made their fourth annual trip to Samuel J. Green Charter School Thursday in New Orleans. 

The Eagles visited a kindergarten class for about 45 minutes. After the Eagle student-athletes introduced themselves, they told the children their career aspirations before distributing t-shirts, schedule cards, pins and SBC Tournament tickets to the students.

Georgia Southern earned the third seed and a bye and plays #6 ULM Friday, March 9, at 8:30 p.m. ET in the Sun Belt Tournament quarterfinals. All games of the tournament will be available on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app with Sunday's championship game slated for a national broadcast at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
