Heavy rains cancel women's tennis season openers
STATESBORO, Ga. – Due to inclement weather headed for the Montgomery and Troy, Alabama areas, the women's tennis matches scheduled for this weekend have been canceled. The Eagles were scheduled to have two matches this weekend, against Alabama State and Troy.
All three universities are communicating to find dates that work to reschedule both matches. The Blue and White will now open the season on Wednesday, January 31, at 2:00 p.m. The Eagles will face off against Kennesaw State in Macon, Georgia.
