Steven Curry went 2-for-3 on the day with two walks. The Eagles go for the sweep on Sunday at 2 p.m. (ET) live on ESPN3.
QUOTABLES
Head Coach Rodney Hennon
"It was definitely a hard-fought win, it was a great team win for us. I thought
Brian Eichhorn was better for us. He was more aggressive on the mound, that was good to see. We got some big outs from (Evan) Challenger and (Ryan) Frederick while
Landon Hughes did a good job to finish it off again. We got some good two out hits,
C.J. Brazil made some big defensive plays for us behind the plate. We've got to put it together for a whole weekend. We've gone a good job the first two days, but it's going to be a battle tomorrow and we've got to bring another big effort tomorrow."
