ARLINGTON, TEXAS
- Georgia Southern Baseball delivered Coach Rodney Hennon's 700th career win on Saturday with a 4-3 victory over UT Arlington. Steven Curry beat out a double play in the ninth inning, allowing the go-ahead run to score. That proved to be enough as the Eagles evened the series at one-game each. The rubber match is set for 12:30 p.m. (CT) / 1:30 pm. (ET)

QUOTABLES
Head Coach Rodney Hennon
"I was proud of our team, that was a hard-fought win. It was just a great team effort. (Jacob) Condra-Bogan picked us up out the bullpen. (Connor) Simmons and (Landon) Hughes did a nice job to close it out. We had a couple of big at bats from Steven Curry and I was proud of the guys that came in off the bench. Tyler Martin had a big at bat there in a pinch hit situation. It was a good team win and gives us some momentum going into tomorrow."
