The Eagles will finish the fall season at the Fighting Camel Fall Classic in Buies Creek, N.C., beginning Sunday.

The tournament will consist of 54 holes, with 18 holes Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Georgia Southern last competed at the Fall Invitational in Braselton, Ga., Oct. 5-6, where they placed 12th. The tournament was originally supposed to be in Charleston, S.C., but had to be moved because of weather.

"It seems like a while since we have competed last, but it really hasn't been!" said Georgia Southern coach Emily Kuhfeld. "The team has been having some great practices and is ready to go for our last tournament of the fall. The first three events have flown by, and we are excited to be closing out the fall season at a great tournament and golf course."

Iben Hvass, Yeji Shin and Taylor Thompson have each played in every tournament this season. Hvass leads the Eagles with a 76 scoring average and has the top individual finish, a tie for 18th at the Lady Pirate Intercollegiate. Ariana Macicoce has a 77.83 scoring average, and Ansley Bowan is averaging 78.33 strokes a round.

This is the first season of women's golf at Georgia Southern.
