Garren Palmer made two starts on the weekend and drove in six runs on four hits in the combined two games. Palmer plated three runs with a bases-clearing double in the go-ahead six-run fifth inning in Saturday's 10-6 win over UNCG. Palmer drove in three more runs in Sunday's series finale with a three-run homer in the first inning. The Dalton, Ga. native's long ball put the Eagles up 4-1. Palmer recorded a pair of pitch hit at-bats in the first two games of the week.

Richman tossed 1.2 innings in the series finale and allowed a hit and a walk.
