• Georgia Southern improved to 2-2 on the season after Thursday night's loss to West Virginia ... Tre Bussey scored 21 points to lead all scorers in the loss ... • Marvin Baynham plays his 100th game today for Georgia Southern. The senior has not missed a game in his career with the Eagles.
• Tre Bussey and Jelani Hewitt share the Georgia Southern scoring lead with 22.5 points per game each ... The Duo ranks first in the SoCon and 22nd nationally.
• Mark Byington is 9-6 as a Head Coach for his career.
• Jelani Hewitt was named SoCon Player of the Week on Nov. 9 after averaging 26.0 points per game in two games that week. He posted 27 points in his return to Miami against the Hurricanes and went 8-for-8 from the free throw line.

About the Game
Georgia Southern continues play in the 2013 Cancun Challenge on Saturday afternoon with a 3 p.m. matchup against Old Dominion. It is the first time the programs, who have become bitter rivals on the gridiron following a pair of Eagle victories, will play on the hardwood since the 1980 season.
