Arian Fraile

Arian Fraile joined the Georgia Southern Strength & Conditioning staff in June 2025. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of strength & conditioning development for Women’s Basketball and Women’s Tennis, while also assisting with Men’s Basketball.

Prior to Georgia Southern, Fraile served as an Intern Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Miami in early 2025. In this role, he led training for Cheerleading (Women’s and Co-Ed) and Dance, and assisted with Women’s Volleyball.

From 2024 to 2025, Fraile was the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Boys’ Basketball at John A. Ferguson Senior High School in Miami, Florida, where he designed and led training programs for both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.

In summer 2024, he interned with the Minnesota Twins, contributing to strength training and speed development sessions for FCL athletes and rehabbing players.

Fraile also completed a Sports Science Internship with the University of Miami Football program in summer 2023, supporting a team that spent much of the season ranked in the AP Top 25.

He began his career as a student intern in 2021 at Florida International University, where he held multiple roles through 2024. He worked with several teams — including Men’s Basketball, Softball, and Women’s Tennis — and was named Interim Strength & Conditioning Coach for Men’s Basketball in 2024. From 2022 to 2024, he also led the Sports Science department for the Men’s Basketball program.

Fraile earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Physical Education: Sport and Fitness Studies and Sport and Recreation Management from Florida International University in December 2024. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the NCSF.
