Fifth Year (2022): Started all 26 matches she played in and played in 96 sets • Finished with 131 kills, 84 blocks, 57 digs and 37 aces • Ranked sixth in the Sun Belt in aces (0.93/set) • Reached double figures in kills twice, posting 11 both times • Had a season-high 10 blocks vs. Troy • Posted five or more blocks in six contests.
Before Georgia Southern: Transfer from Delaware, where she totaled 166 kills, 124 blocks, 52 digs and 34 aces in 54 matches and 161 sets • Averaged 1.34 kills and 0.98 blocks a set in her senior season • Holds the Paul VI High School records for career kills (651), aces (198) and blocks (152) and earned all-state, All-South Jersey and all-conference honors during high school career.
Personal: Born Grace Alexandra Underwood April 26, in New Jersey • The Daughter of Bernadette and Matt Underwood • Has two older siblings, Blake and Katie • Mother rowed crew for La Salle and sister, Katie, played volleyball for Stockton.
Major: Pursuing her master’s degree in kinesiology with a coaching education concentration.
