Sophomore (2021-22) – Did not compete in any meets.

Freshman (2020-21) – XC: Competed in four meets and posted two top-5 finishes • Took third in the GATA XC Classic and fifth in the Chanticleer Challenge • Ran a personal best of 19:37.3 in the Sun Belt Championships. Indoor: Competed in three meets • Member of the distance medley relay team that took fifth at the Sun Belt Championship and recorded the second-fastest time in school history (12:19.36) • Part of the 4x800 relay team that finished second at the Liberty Elite Invitational (10:05.98) • Ran a personal best 5:20.52 in the mile at Liberty • Ran a personal best 2:18.84 in the 800 at the Samford Bulldog Invite. Outdoor: Competed in five meets and collected three top-10 finishes • Took fourth in the 5000 (19:03.20) and second in the 1500 (4:55.51) at the GATA Classic • Placed ninth in the 800 (2:23.07) at the Gamecock Invitational • Ran personal bests in the 1500 (4:49.86, 7th in school history) and 5000 (18:48.65, 8th in school history) at the Sun Belt Championships.

High School: Won eight region championships combined in the 800m, 1600m and 5K events • Her PR's are 2:25 in the 800m, 5:28.87 in the mile and 20:16 in the 5K.

Personal: Born Abbey Elizabeth Arnett Nov. 26, 2001, in Douglas, Georgia • The daughter of Kim and David Arnett • Has a younger sister, Bethany • Kim graduated from Georgia Southern. 

Major: Exercise science.
