Junior (2020-21) - Indoor: Ran on the 4x400 relay team that posted the fourth-fastest time in school history (3:50.04) and finished fourth at the Sun Belt Championships • Took second in the 200 at the Samford Invite with a personal best of 24.65. Outdoor: Ran on the 4x100 relay team in the NCAA Regionals • Won the 400 hurdles at the GATA Classic with a personal best of 1:03.25 and finished second in the long jump (5.40m) • Took fifth in the 400 hurdles at the USF Invite (1:03.47).

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE): Indoor: Competed in five meets in sprints and the long jump • Ran a personal best 25.07 in the 200m at the Samford Invite with a season best 12th place finish. Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19. 

2018-19 (FRESHMAN): Indoor: Competed in four meets in a variety of sprints, relays and jumps • Finished in the top-10 on six occasions • Took third and fifth at the Wake Forest Invitational in the 4x400 relay and the 400m respectively • Scored two points at the Sun Belt Championships as part of the seventh-place 4x400 relay team alongside Breanna Thorton, Ellunde Montgomery and Desiree Blunt with a time of 3:54.94. Outdoor: Competed in seven meets in multiple events finishing in the top-10 on eight occasions • Her 4x400 relay team took gold at the GATA Classic (4:01.21) and her 4x100 team did the same at the Georgia Southern Invite (47.63) • Her 4x400 relay team (Thorton, Montgomery, Blunt) scored five points at the Sun Belt Championships with a fourth place finish (3:50.07).

High School: Ran four years at Wesleyan High School • 2018 First-Team All-County • 2018 Runner of the year in Gwinnett County • 2017-18 High Point Award at GHSA State Meet • Two-time USATF All-American… 2017 Gwinnett All-County • Owns the Wesleyan High School record  in 100m, 200m, 100m Hurdles, 300m Hurdles, Long Jump, and 4x100m Relay • Won 2018 Track & Field Team State Championship • Captured four State Championships in 2018, winning 100m, 200m, 4x100m Relay and 4x400m Relay • Won long jump state title in 2017 and 2018 • Also ran for Sprint Athletics • Also was a member of the Cheerleading team at Wesleyan High School.

Personal: Born Dec. 27, 1999, in Lithonia, Georgia • Daughter of Cedric and Michele Lynch • Brother, Cedric Lynch II, played football at Notre Dame College.
