Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week (April 30, 2024)

SENIOR (2025): Saw action in 28 games this season for the Eagles, starting in 18 contests ... Hit .232 on 16 base knocks, eight runs and nine RBIs ... Six of his 19 hits went for extra bases, including three doubles, a triple and two homers ... His two homers cam in back-to-back contests against South Florida and Charleston in late February ... His final game as an Eagle was a 2-2 performance against Marshall on 5/17 with two singles.

JUNIOR (2024): Played in 50 games this season, starting 47 … Split time as catcher and designated hitter … Posted a .272 clip this season with 46 hits, 27 runs, and 43 RBI … 19 hits went for extra bases, including nine home runs and his first career triple on 4/5 against Georgia State … Slugged at a .497 clip and reached base at a .379 clip … Was named Sun Belt Player of the Week on 4/30.

SOPHOMORE (2023): Was the primary catcher for the 2023 season, playing in 39 games, starting all but one of those games ... Posted a .228 batting average with 28 hits, six doubles and four homers, along with 19 RBI and 27 runs scored of his own ... Had an OB% of .347 after earned 23 free passes, 12 walks and 11 hit-by-pitches ... Posted a .988 fielding average behind the dish with 234 putouts, 12 assists, and only three errors.

FRESHMAN (2022): Saw action at catcher in four games … Played in his first ever game at Mercer on 3/16 … Had two at-bats all year … Against UT-Arlington, during his second collegiate at-bat, he ripped a home run to left center to put GS up 18-5.

PREP: Attended Statesboro High School, playing under head coach Chris Bishop… 2018-2020 First Team All-Region… 2021 Region 2-6A Offensive Player of the Year… Averaged .378 at the plate, collecting 40 RBIs and four home runs… Also played football for Statesboro, earning First Team All-Region in 2020 and 2021… Academic Honor Roll recipient all four years… 2019-20 Student of the Year… Honor Graduate… Played for Scoutz USA under head coach Roger Wilkerson…
