GORDON: Played two seasons for head coach Travis McClanahan at Gordon State College... Named All-Conference twice... Selected to the All-Tournament team as a sophomore and the JUCO World Series All-Tournament team as a freshman... Selected to the Dean’s List as a freshman and a sophomore.... Named Academic All-American as a sophomore... Hit .348/.449/.572 with eight home runs and 39 RBIs.

PREP: Played for head coach Chris Ellis at Telfair County High School... Lettered four times for Trojans... Selected All-Region three times and was named the Regional Player of the Year as a senior... Named All-Middle Georgia three times... Selected to the All-State team and a Honorable Mention All-American... Hit .540 with seven home runs and 25 walks at the plate and struck out 120 batters in 60 innings on the mound... Finished with 26 career home runs... Set school records with 10 home runs... Also lettered in wrestling... Selected to the Honor Roll all four years.

PERSONAL: Born Aaron Alexander Mizell on Oct. 14, 1993 in Vidalia, Ga... Son of Griff and Allison Mizell... Has one sibling Hart... Brother Hart was a student-athlete at Middle Georgia and Columbus State.
