Fifth Year (2021-22): Finished Georgia Southern career with 120 points, 95 rebounds, 57 steals, 37 assists and four blocked shots • Averaged two points, 1.6 rebounds, a steal and an assist in his final season • Played in all 29 games and started 10 •  Led the Eagles in assists in one contest • Scored a season-high nine points on 4 of 4 shooting at Little Rock (12/30) • Also had nine points and season bests of six rebounds and five steals vs. Covenant (12/18) • Tallied a season-high five assists with no turnovers vs. UTA (1/8).

Redshirt Senior (2020-21): Played in 24 games and made three starts • Averaged 2.5 points, two rebounds and 1.1 steals in 15.9 minutes a contest • Had a season-high seven points and matched season-high with four steals vs. Carver (12/15) • Posted a season-high five rebounds at FGCU (12/22) • Also tallied four steals to go along with six points and two boards against Mercer (12/13).

Before Georgia Southern: Voted to the five-man Horizon League All-Academic Team by the league's faculty athletic representatives • Appeared in all 32 games, making 25 starts for IUPUI in 2019-20 • Averaged 9.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game while leading the team in steals (54) and ranking second in rebounds (156) and assists (94) • Scored in double-digits 15 times • Named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll • Named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) for the fall semester • Started all 33 games in the Jaguars' backcourt as a sophomore, averaging 6.2 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game • Named to the NABC Honors Court • Shot 49.3 percent from the floor and 72.2 percent from the foul line for the year • Finished the year second on the team in assists (83) and third in steals (38) and minutes played (861) • Was granted a clock extension by the NCAA in December 2018 • Scored in double-figures seven times, including two games of 20-or-more • Was selected to the Horizon League's Academic Honor Roll both semesters • Named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) both semesters • Considered a 3-star recruit by ESPN.com and 247Sports.com after a standout career at Hamilton Heights High School • Averaged 12.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.6 assists a game his senior year • Registered 11.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 3.3 steals per game as a junior, helping Hamilton Heights to an 18-4 record that season • Excelled with Indiana Elite on the AAU circuit, helping them to the adidas Super 64 team title • Was also an exceptional high school football player, closing his prep career with 155 career receptions and 60 touchdowns • Began his collegiate career at Purdue and redshirted the 2015-16 season before averaging 6.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game at Midland (Texas) College as a freshman in 2016-17.

Personal: Born Aug. 7, 1996, in Tipton, Indiana • The son of Tim and Cindie Weatherford • Has three siblings (two brothers and one sister) • An outstanding high school football player, Grant played both sides of the ball and drew Division I interest as a wide receiver • Named to the Indiana Football Digest Top-25 team and was a three-time Indiana Football Coaches Association All-State honoree • Finished his career with 155 career receptions and scored 60 career touchdowns.
