
Brejo, Johnson, Lundh Earn WGCA All-America Scholar Status

STATESBORO – A trio of Georgia Southern women's golf student-athletes were named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team on Monday afternoon, as Keely Johnson, Margaux Brejo, and Ida Lundh were honored.
The 2025-26 WGCA All-American Scholar Team features 1,551 women's collegiate golfers, recognized with this prestigious honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics and continue to demonstrate the high-level academic achievements of the student-athletes.
Johnson appeared in 10 tournaments for the Eagles after transferring from Emmanuel following her freshman campaign. The sophomore recorded 30 rounds for the Blue and White, shooting a season low 226 (74-79-73) at The Ally. She posted 49 total birdies on the season, averaging 1.6 per round.
Brejo appeared in all 10 tournaments for Georgia Southern, playing all 30 rounds. The Fontainebleau, France, native collected her best finish of the season at the Sun Belt Championship, carding an even-par tournament (72-69-75=216) to finish tied for seventh place. Brejo posted career low rounds at the Gators Invitational and Sun Belt Championship (69), and was second on the team in scoring average. She led the squad with 70 total birdies, averaging 2.3 per round during her rookie campaign. She was one of two Eagles to produced even or under par tournaments, while leading the team with eight rounds at even or under par.
Lundh appeared in nine tournaments for the Eagles this season, recording 27 total rounds played. She shot a season low 228 in both the Boilermaker Classic and The Mason Rudolph tournaments, while carding 34 total birdies on the season.
