Words From Coach Carter Collins:
"What a great week for the Eagles! The Georgia Southern University course presents a lot of challenges. It can not only be a physically demanding Golf Course, but a mentally demanding course as well and we had a very resilient attitude throughout the week. Especially today during the final round where we had the low round of the day while sleeping on the lead. Very impressive performance from start to finish.
"We are very proud of this team for their preparation and growth throughout the fall. Ending our fall with the second team win is a huge momentum boost heading into the spring. This team continues to show togetherness, hard work and great golf. We are very proud of what they have even been able to accomplish so far and can't wait to see how good we can be in the spring. HAIL SOUTHERN!"
