Eagles set for final tuneup before Sun Belt
STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern cross country team travels to the 17th Annual Sand Shark Invitational hosted by USC Beaufort on Saturday. The race is slated for 9:15 a.m. at the Hardeeville School Complex.
The Eagles last competed in the Sand Shark Invitational in 2019 where it took 5th place.
The meet marks the final tuneup for the squad before heading to the Sun Belt Conference Championship in Foley, Ala. on Nov. 1.
